during the quitting phase, i vaped constantly... even now there are times where i just cant put it down. however ive noticed in the last few weeks ive started to taper off a bit and to my surpise, there have been a number of nights where i think im going to vape with a beer and a movie and start off vaping for 10 minutes but then don't touch it all night! didn't even think about it.

the best thing i have found when you have that cig craving is some good snus (i use general minis). that plus a good 510 or cig style PV and if you still want to be smoking its all in your head and you're just not trying at all :) that combo makes it so easy to switch. i needed to cut down on the PV and snus use though and thought i never would. but there are a lot of times now where i "forget" to do either and am blown away 4 hours later than i haven't.

Definitely, I think everyone does. I vape probably 2-3 times more than I smoked but I spent about 6-7 times the money on analogs than I do on vaping so it's definitely not concerning me.

Many people see vaping constantly as a problem but in all actuality, nicotine is not the enemy. Nicotine is not the reason we all switched from analogs to e-cigs. We switched because of all the tar, plaque, carcinogens, and many other health reasons. Nicotine is NOT carcinogenic, medical research shows that it can make us feel better, improve concentration, memory and help prevent and combat a number of serious diseases. Nicotine gets a bad reputation because it is almost always tied in with cigarettes, but in this day and age we have found an effective way to separate the two, and I for one could not be happier with this development.

I'm definitely hitting the vapor more often than the analogs. It's the combination of the flavors and the fact that I can do it just about anywhere. Definitely need to cut the nicotine levels if I keep it up.

I feel the exact same way!!! Vaping tastes so much better to me and it gives me the freedom to vape wherever/whenever I want without having to hide or coverup that yucky smell.

couldnt agree more. i absolutely hate that the public has been taught to believe that nicotine causes cancer, etc... there's nothing wrong it with beside some elevated BP. however, i mention trying to cut down a bit in the same way that people talk about cutting back on the coffee. it is a stimulant so i'm trying to not have something coursing through my veins all the time. but damn, i like it :)
