the company i am talking about replaced items for me twice , so i ended up with 3 times of crap . i will just say they will not get another order from me . if all vendors are out of what i need i will just get a pack of analogs and wait till they do . iw ill also say EVERY order was messed up with them and i gave them lots of chances to make it right .

I just dont understand why if your unhappy with a company,you keep going back and ordering more,then complain and say how bad it is,then order more,then complain then order more.I have had issues with stuff here too,I sent it back,got a refund and moved on until I found a product and company that fit my needs.I dont use companies that I dont like.If your unhappy,find something better and use that.

I ordered 3 times from the vendor . the first was a small mixup the last 2 were back to back orders . it took me a long time to get the last 2 not really fixed . since then I have decided to go elsewhere . I have learned from it . next supplier gets things wrong up to my 3rd order , I just will not go back . I will use the knowledge for myself . I am not going to post about who it is because when I have in the past I got a lot of crap for it and to be honest i just do not need it .

See that may be one issue, you stated you gave them "lots of chances", and "EVERY order was messed up"

Why did you let it go that far, seems to me you have some blame.

Messing up an order is statistically acceptable, messing up every order is poor business.

And I am not looking to get into an argument, but I was told once if you keep putting your hand in the fire.....your gonna get burned.

The last 2 were done in the same week . I figured if they took care of the first order right and they did , then if they messed up again it would be taken care of . the last 2 were not really taken care of as great as the first but then again the last 2 were of greater amounts of cash as well . I have said I moved on to another vendor . that vendor has not messed up once so far . Am i to blame the first vendor had crappy products ? I tried to give them a chance . I did get burned and I have moved on.

I think any logical caring person would agree!! You CERTAINLY shouldn't be pounced on for sharing your experience..that doesn't seem right at all!

theres a speed pm? i would just like a poll on each company and their products for people to vote on fairly saying if they had a problem...then at least the votes would be anonymous(or would they?) and a true rating of the supplier could be found....i really gotta get this shopping done guys as much as id love to stay.....

on a happy note my protege tact switch arrived today and i am now using my FIRST mod****

ps. i put the stars in on purpose for M and M...he said they get brought to the mods attention and i wanted to get his attention...haha lets see if this works!!!!

thanks dickw : o) i feel like i did when i got my first ever ecig...the sun is shining here i cant be in a bad mood any longer....but my original post still counts...haha....

i of course dont wanna name the company i dont want the aggro attached i just know of a lot of people(personally!) who have allll had problems with various things...

IMO there are a few suppliers here protected by some members who dont deserve the credit they get....


bet i just started a drama with that comment....sorry for the controversy i know no one wants to see it but i think this thread is relevant...i think....therefore i post!!!

Personally, I would probably never vent about a supplier unless I got totally screwed. However, if there was a problem or mistake with your order or products and you contacted the vendor and the problem was not resolved to your satisfaction, then it would be appropriate to vent. I would just recommend if you are going to complain to stay away from emotional comments and just list the facts intelligently (sorry I am a scientist).

POLL would be nice -but probably misleading.

You know the mentaility for some... get everyone and their uncles to post ...so They could be perceived as the best. (lol kinda what ecf members do- when we see dumb post's outside ecf touting the dangers of ecigs lol)


You could try posting one though. If other people are like me..they might not answer ...simply because they haven't tried that many.

I am always fascinated with how many people BUY soo many different mods. Just made me want to build my own and saved a ton! Obviously No mods are perfection-if everyone that owns one has to keep buying more. Or is it ego that drives that person..to always want the best? dunno, but it is fascinating

After fully reading all the post I believe there are two issues here.

1. Customer service—The vendor should always be contacted first to amend the situation. If not amended satisfactory then complain if you want.
2. Vendors carrying crappy products—If the vendor carries a crappy product, in one's opinion, the buyer's opinion should be voiced to inform other potential customers about the negatives of the product.

I'm not sticking up for the suppliers , but just one thing I have noticed while lurking about the forum. Some people have learned that if they get on here and complain about their order in progress the supplier will give them discounts and freebies to satisfy them so they shut up. They dont just want their order fixed...otherwise they would contact the supplier first...they want more than they paid for. Can it be proven...no...but I see it all the time with any merchant, not only e-cigs.
Whenever I see a post complaining about an order and they admit they haven't contact the supplier first, that is my first thought. First step if you have a bad order... contact the supplier... they cant fix something they dont know about. Second step...if you get the same crap (by fault of the supplier, NOT the manufacturer), get your money back and THEN let everyone know they suck... if they dont pay special attention to something they already screwed up, then it will probably happen again. If it is the device thats the problem...do a review noting its garbage and do a little more research next time. Unfortunately we live in the entitlement era and its people like that that raise the cost for everyone else.

Just my opinion.

Feedback is feedback, good or bad. I wouldn't think twice about posting a negative experience I had unless I did not give that supplier the opportunity to make things right. If I were to order a product from a supplier who had nothing but good comments on their page, had a bad experience, then come to find out that bad experience was common but everyone kept their 'mouth' shut I would be ....... If that's common in a forum then that forum is not being used correctly. Not every product or supplier is going to be good.

I haven't been at this long and I've only used 2 suppliers (both I was happy with) but I have noticed that any comment about a problem with some companies lead to immediate attacks. I want to know and I'm intelligent to know that 1 bad experience by 1 person does not make the company horrible. But I am reluctant to order from companies whos fans browbeat customers who complain about less than desirable service. I always wonder how many others are unhappy and afraid to post.
