I want to place another order but- Im not sure

I want to place another order with innovapor to get some ECOpure juice- but I'm not sure if thats a good idea. For one I can't seem to get anyone to answer my e-mails/PMs. My last order was a $200 order, and there were some replacement parts that I needed. Noah was very helpful and told me to send him a e-mail and he told me exactly what to write- that was early last week. So I wrote the replacement e-mail and have not heard anything back yet. I sent a couple of messages wondering if they got that e-mail and how long it would take to get the replacements. I have heard nothing. I know that Innovapor was having some issues so I'm sure they are just really busy. I just want a e-mail or a message saying "hey we got your replacement request, or hey we'll send it out by the end of the week"-just something.

I want to place another order with them, but I'm not untill I hear something about my replacements. So If Noah, or anyone over at Innovapor reads this, please let me know if you got my replacement e-mail- I will feel much more comfortable placing a new order.

i got a bad atty w my first order and it took 3 emails to get a response. he told me that they would send a replacement along w a postage paid envelope for me to return the bad one. that was more than a week ago. i was going to use that to see if i should order from them again. i think i got my answer!:grr:

same here. I won't be recommending them to anyone I know. No responsive to emails and the July rush certainly has to be over and done with.

I got an email undeliverable to the google addy. Several others went.

Finally got a canned response about the "exciting new things going on at innovapor and their custom atomizers that will be made for them" blah blah.

I'm done with them. I've since ordered from vaporoptions, ecigsupply, and got my delivery within days. This isn't brain surgery for gawds sake.

I suspect that millie, mark, noah, and the host of other trolls are all the same person. Most of us have looked the other way, turned the other cheek, etc, but either a child is running the place or they have no interest in quality customer service.

Yeah, Im starting to see that myself- I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I think that they are blowing smoke up my .... I will give them untill to the end of the week to respond- if not I'll will buying elsewhere. VaporGuys and Dietsmokes have been great- promt respones through e-mail and super fast shipping. I have never had a problem with those vendors. Innovapor is a whole nother story. It is impossible to get them to respond. I hope someone from Innovapor sees this and takes care of my problems. I give praise when due and have no problem posting the good things vendors do, however I am not affraid of posting the bad also.

Please will someone from Innovapor contact me and let me know if they will be sending the replacements- or at least respond and tell me to "Get F*c*ed" so atleast I won't be hoping and hoping for something thats not going to happen.
