I want to place another order with innovapor to get some ECOpure juice- but I'm not sure if thats a good idea. For one I can't seem to get anyone to answer my e-mails/PMs. My last order was a $200 order, and there were some replacement parts that I needed. Noah was very helpful and told me to send him a e-mail and he told me exactly what to write- that was early last week. So I wrote the replacement e-mail and have not heard anything back yet. I sent a couple of messages wondering if they got that e-mail and how long it would take to get the replacements. I have heard nothing. I know that Innovapor was having some issues so I'm sure they are just really busy. I just want a e-mail or a message saying "hey we got your replacement request, or hey we'll send it out by the end of the week"-just something.
I want to place another order with them, but I'm not untill I hear something about my replacements. So If Noah, or anyone over at Innovapor reads this, please let me know if you got my replacement e-mail- I will feel much more comfortable placing a new order.
