I'm letting mine steep. I tried them all out of the box and couldn't really taste them. I'll keep checking in with them to see how they're doing.

Well...it's exactly 1 week from my mix date...I was getting antsy so I grabbed the Applewood...NOM-NOM-NOM!

Out of the box I was overwhelmed with Apple (and I don't favor the fruity stuff) but after only a week of steeping...I think I'm gonna like this one. The balance is really starting to come through.

Try #2: Casablanca...Holy Mother of all that is good...It needs to steep a bit more, but I think this is going to be a staple in my collection. It tastes like what my fathers pipe tobacco smelled like when I helped him mix his custom blend. So...maybe I'm biased because in a weird way, I feel sentimental when I taste it, but either way...it's a keeper.

Four are still steeping. Can't wait for them.
