I was so disappointed in V4L's customer service until Chad and V4L fixed my problem :)

And I just tried to ask whether he could just include the batts with the carto order I just made... turns out that Chad had sent it out the second after we talked on the phone, and included way more than just the batteries that were the issue :) Thanks Chad and V4L!!!! Sorry for being the squeaky wheel!

As for what I think the whole reason this problem occurred (two times) - I made a request for a red LED on the batt, as I can't stand people bugging me on the street about my ecig, and I've found that when I am vaping anywhere with a blue or green (or whatever else LED), I will constantly be bugged by random people. At least a red LED is not so noticable, as people tend to register the glowing light first, the color of the battery isn't that much of a deal, espeically at night.

So anyway, I had asked for red LEDs before, and got them... but I guess the last two times, they had none in regular batteries, so substituted an extra long with a red LED, trying to make me happy, as that was the main thing that must have stood out in my orders. With anyone else, this probably would have been fine - but for me, since I am rarely at home and want something that can fit in my PCC, XL's don't work for me. I guess I'm just used to how awesome V4L is at fulfilling requests, or doing their best to.

I admit that I may have been too particular, and I'm partly to blame. And since I was dealing with several different people at V4L, it may have just gotten lost in the maelstrom of orders and issues they all have to deal with on a daily basis.

So I truly truly appreciate getting taken care of, and regret bringing this up on the forum - I just felt like no one was paying attention to my complaint, and it turns out it just got lost in the fray.

V4L is truly an awesome company, and since they're so amazing, they must have a huge increase in orders and issues to deal with, and as many people have written, they have growing pains like any company. I guess people like me just need to cool down and understand that and not take things personally!

Thank you Chad :)
