Im getting super mad now with this guy. what a scum! this is what I wrote to him
"you know what? I want a full refund and im not sending it back or im reporting you to ebay for selling counterfeit product! you wasted my time and now I have to pay to send it back to you?! you clearly stated in your auction that it is a vision vivi nova! just look where it says BRAND: VISION"

Dude, I run a business on ebay (the right way) and my honest opinion is dont even send him another message, just go to buyer protection and report the transaction.
Tell them in the description box on the details page it says the brand is Vision however you dint get what was stated.

same here im always buying and selling stuff on ebay over 135 feedback and all of it positive. this guy is a scum. he only has 36 feedback and one of it is negative for a broken vivi nova.
I think if you contact customer service they will solve your problem... It happened to me before
Just a little update. I emailed everyone that purchased a viva nova from this guy. one of the buyers left him a negative feed saying that the vivi nova arrived broke and he didnt do anything to fix the problem. Now out of nowhere he emailed him saying that he wants it back so that he can send it back to the manufacture lol alot of the buyers i emailed said they had a feeling they were fake so now they are driving him crazy. he is telling all the buyers to mail it back to him
He is either a very uneducated seller or trying to maximum profits by tricking buyers. Two auctions for LED CE4 5-pack, one is listed as coming with an extra FREE tank yet is priced higher than the standard 5-pack.

With all the vendors available, I always wonder why people shop on eBay for items that have trash imitations.
Quick question.. The one you received did the box actually have that red marking in the V ?
All the fakes I've seen none did. I think the seller added an authentic vision nova pics but shipped out a fake.
