it be nice to have a website for beginners there are so many options out there and websites. Maybe a sticky in this forum with batteries carts atoms we can compare ourselves to amateur vaping a quick and easy way of going to web pages to forums just to make it little easier for the beginners. Ive been smoke free for 3 weeks now still learning and spent 3 to 5 hrs a day doing research about vaping for the last 2 weeks it just a thought :2cool:

Different newbies pick this up at different rates. I've had a ton of newbies fly right last me gathering all the info on this site and doing their thing. I'm older and I learn weird but I also jump right ahead and even read stuff that makes sense until some lights turn on. A newbies only forum would bore me to tears. It's all here. Just discriminate between what you need to Know now and ignore the rest until later?

Oh and a favorite saying. " if you aren't frustrated you probably aren't learning anything new"

I agree that it can be a bit overwhelming and there is so much information that sometimes it is hard to even know what question you need to ask. In all honesty, just say that very thing and post exactly what you are trying to figure out. No one here has ever been anything but nice to me even when I asked what I thought were dumb questions. When your head does start spinning, just post in here about what you are watching/reading about and your thoughts. I have no doubt someone in here can figure out what you are trying to... figure out!

Stick with it and good luck. You are definitely in the right place!

LOLLLL I've been here 1 1/2 yrs and my head still spins from all the new stuff coming out. A word of advice- some knockoffs/ clones are GREAT while others absolutely SUCK...No brand loyalty here as I just choose the best performers. ALL the large and reputable companies have gear I LOVE and gear I HATE.
Best of Luck and just remember we're all

I do know how you feel. I think I read here for 6 months and I'd get information overload and walk away. Too many numbers, too many devices I've never heard of. It was very confusing.

When I finally decided to post and told a bit about myself (how long I smoked, how much I smoked, how much I wanted to spend), members really helped me narrow down what to order. In fact, someone posted a little shopping list for me and I think I ordered everything on the list and it worked out great for me.

That's what I would recommend. All new vapors are very different. Some are in their 20's and just vape occasionally. Some people here have been smoking for 20-30+ years. Some want something discreet. There are construction workers that want something sturdy, or truckers that need a long battery life. Every person and what might be a good fit for them is very individual.

If you have any questions, we're happy to help.

I've written a series of articles aimed to help new vapors. They can be accessed by clicking the link under my avatar. One in particular should be useful is the first one on a primer for juice delivery devices.

Welcome to the forum. There are many people here who are willing to answer any questions that you may have. After all, we were all in the same predictament as you are.

A warm welcome to ECF. Yes I agree with all the different information provided. You have access to thousands of vapors with years of knowledge and experience. There is one thing I'd like to advise you on though. Just remember; the only stupid question is the one that you don't ask. Like was already said before. There are people here from all over the world who can give advice and suggestions, but you have to let us know what the question is.
