I would love to comment and post-just can't figure out how?

I have been reading a lot of the threads and posts from other members.
Although when I went to actually post a comment,it would not let me?
Is there something I am doing wrong?
If anybody can help-I would really appreciate it...

You have to post 5 times in the New Member's forum before you can post elsewhere. There's a sticky in the forum that gives info for new members.

yes i really could use some advise or just somebody to reference with about my website ideas. wouldnt know where to start actually. I have been vaping now for almost a year and a half thanks to eric moon @ vaporstation. he is not far from where I live in texas. thank you for your reply to my post today-have a blessed day!

why its took me this long to come back and actually start participating is beyond me.
