OK so I can do wicks on Ody Penelope no problem. I do even triple 3mm wicks without issues clean and nice. Iatty ceramics are so damn small. I cannot use 2mm because I use bobas bounty and it needs large wicking. Tried double 3 mm wick didn't fit and touches top of cone or touches side of cone. Always shorting either top or side. I am currently avoiding modding the ceramic. Any suggestions or its just the way it is? I'm using 32 nichrome and getting 3 wraps.

I'm having the same issues with a twisted wire coil. It's the size of the ceramic so I'm going to modify it slightly so that I can get a thicker wick/coil assembly in there without touching the cone. Although this won't help your wicking issue, and I'm not sure there is a fix for that other than use a different eliquid in iAtty.

I use premade wires and I dont have any problem with a 3mm wick by the way. Also the good thing with premade wires is that you can make 1 coil on the wick with NR wire before you make coils with the R wire and one coil with the NR after you finish the coils with R wire, so even if those coils with NR wire sticks out of ceramic, you will not have any problem with shorts or with a melted upper plastic

I can help you out. If you seriously interested send me your pm with email of skype or OOvoo and well set a time that we can meet. I have many folks on list of me showing them dual coils etc but I do get to everyone.

Thanks Bish, but I am the stubborn kind of guy :). I will try it 10 more times and if I don't succeed I might take up on your offer. Thanks a lot for always being there to help.

I will buy some premade wires, but with the last batch i got they were small and splitting easily as I mentioned in another thread some time ago. Anyway I will give it another shot, and maybe try to make the small Bish connections but with my fat fingers and no nails i am getting nowhere

aalwani I recommend you use 1.5mm wick and you'll have no problem. Bobas is 100% VG if I recall so it's a very thick juice and you should not screw the cone in all the way. To help feeding leave the cone half open. Using the 1.5mm wick it will sit nicely inside the ceramic. I also don't recommend you mod your ceramic unless you have a high speed rotary tool (Dremel) and even then it's a task and a half to open up the slots. The ceramic material is very hard to cut.
Your issue here is to get the right combination of wick and cone opening to feed your Bobas which is a thicker juice.
