IBTanked with Nautilus Coils

Does anyone know if you I could use the Nautilus bvc coils with any of the IBTanked halflings? Really want to get one of these tiny tanks and I have a bunch of bvc coils I would like to use if possible. Thanks for the help!

Unfortnately not...the Halflings (and all their carto tanks) are made to work with cartomizers, not BVC coils.

If you had a standard 35mm IBTanked I don't see why a Billet Bridge wouldn't work. You could probably buy a Billet Bridge and cut the top section down to fit in the halfling tank. It uses standard Aspire BVCs. I have one for my Billet Box and it is amazing!
