I got an iClear 30 with my MVP and also bought a 30s. I do not like the 30 at all. Even though I love top feeders the 30 just has a very muted taste to me. And seems to make my juice taste watery. The 30s is much better. And I like the look of it. I also picked up a few Vivi Nova top feeders and they are a little better. Though all in all I have found that though convenient, bigger tanks in general seem to mute the taste of my juices. Seems like ones in the 2-2.5ml work the best for me.
Have fun with that. I think I'll sit back and let everyone else test them for me before popping ~20 bucks. I had a serious hankering for the 30b, and I'm glad I didn't get the thing now.
Regarding the 30s, it rocks. I have had a tank filled and vaped daily with a rather light strawberry juice going on 3 weeks now. No cleaning. No fussing. It is still vaping strong. I am just curious as to how long I can go with the same atty before it gives up. So far, it has well exceeded anything I have ever owned...
Just curious how low y'all are letting your 30s go down before refilling. Even though it is a top feeder, twist and twirl doesn't really seem useful since the wicks are inside the center casing.
I can let mine get rather low without issues. Depending on juice, they almost seem to perform better that way. I cannot say the same for the straight up 30. Had to keep tilting that one, but it seemed to perform OK as well. I think the "cage" around the wicks of the 30s helps a great deal with holding juice in the wicks. My 2c worth...
