Hi,

Now I've got my setup working to an acceptable standard, I'm becoming interested in finding great eliquids.

I understand that some liquids can crack the clearomisers, and I assume my iClear16 isn't glass. So how do I know which ones to avoid?

The particular ones I want to try are Black Cherry, and something that tastes of honey and vanilla with perhaps a mild tobacco taste. I already have a tobacco one here that is much like that, but want to try others. Can you recommend the best version of both of these to me that are reasonably priced if they're compatible with my clearomiser?

Cheers.

I vape mostly NET's which aren't too kind on clearomiser coils like the iClear 16. Heathers Heavenly Vapes is one of the exceptions.

Shadow is a naturally extracted tobacco with vanilla tones. It's a tobacco vape, but it's a mild tobacco. Dragon's Fire is also a NET. I get mostly honey, but perhaps some mild chocolate tones as well. Both are delicious imo. I have vaped both in an iClear 16, and while they obviously taste better in rebuildables, they could be enjoyed in an iClear 16 too, especially Dragon's Fire which is bolder and not as subtle as shadow.

Black Cherry might be an issue with plastic tanks, although i have never vaped it.

I can not comment on the Good Tobacco flavors but I can comment on the iClear 16 as it is all I use at the moment. I have straight Fruits ranging from Watermelon to Kiwi Menthol, I have Fruit Custard mixes, Nilla Custard (which is just like it sounds), I have a Blueberry Honey (that is to die for) and I have an array of combinations in between including Smapple (which is a Cinnamon Apple Pie) the only thing I have steered clear of is a Banana because that was what everyone said was the real tank cracker.

My juices are either a 50/50 or a 30/70 PG/VG blend. I also vape between 7 and 8 Watts mostly.

I told you all of that to tell you this - Out of my 23 flavor rotation, I smoke at least 10 or more daily (for at least a little while) and my Coils last between 3 1/2 - 5 Weeks before I need to change them. I have never has a juice crack one of my tanks or otherwise had to replace it. Matter of a fact, sometimes if I start getting Dry Hits I can clean the coil in the coffee pot filter and get another weeks use out of it.

For a cheap tank, I get the flavor I like and will eventually try a Banana because it obviously depends on the amount of "high" citrus (or something) that makes these tanks crack.

Hope this helps! :vapor:
