Ideas for <=15W Build?

Friend of mine has iTaste VV4 which can take down to .8 ohms, 15W or 5V and the portable Fogger Mini isn't quite doing her enough nic delivery running a 1.4 30g single, mostly due to tight airflow.

I have a Plume I ever use laying around and figure I could make better use of it making an at-home piece she could use. Tried ~1 ohm dual 30g and it's not quite hitting enough in my opinion, so I want to ask all of you for some build ideas.

oh; well if 30 gauge doesn't do it, you're gonna haveta go 32 gauge; unless you can run the plumeveil single coil.
