I have a brand new Riva 510 I am dying to try. I'm a ..... though. I can't seem to figure out how to properly assemble it. Where do I put the cartridge? And where do I put my e-liquid? Thanks in advance!

First take the mouth piece off the atty and blow out the atty. Really really give it a good blow through the non threaded and threaded end. Wipe clean. Screw on battery.
Take the clear cap off the cart and pull out the white poly fill stuffing. Put about 8 or so drops in the cart. Put the poly fill stuffing back in the cart. Don't push it down in there too far. Push it in til it is even with the edge of the cart. Add 3 or 4 drops one at a time onto the stuffing. Dont pool it. You just want the stuffing wet.
Now add 4 drops to the atty. Put the cart on the atty wide end side to side with atty bridge. Let sit a few minutes to let the new atty wick. Push button and vape. Don't inhale first time to make sure all of the primer gunk was blown out good. That stuff doesn't taste good and will burn. If it taste clean, take another vape into your mouth, then inhale.

the cart has some white foam in in. Saturate that area with liquid. Blow out the atty (it has primer in it... blow through the open end, out the threaded end... put napkin over threads 1st). Then put 2 drops of liquid in the open end. Screw it on. Put cart on. Vape.

I had the same problem its all so simple when you get use to it but at first I worried about breaking stuff or burning things up and fo fear of an error I was stuck. I think its like a kid on a a computer .. they know no fear (of frying a hard drive) and so they just rock on. Me huh I am worried about everything couple that with an old lady memory (or lack of) and you have a recipe for disaster lol

Sounds like you have your first 3 part system. Battery, attomizer, cartridge. It assembles like that.
Atty screws into battery. Cartomizer fits on that (where a filter would be).
Above posts handled the rest perfectly.

Oh -- one more thing---if the atty came with an empty mouthpiece---consider that trash. It is not an empty cartridge.

Thank you all so much. I got it assembled correctly! I think what was throwing me off was the cart. I didn't realize until watching the Youtube tutorial that you actually put your lips on the end of the cart. Silly me!
The things that usually confuse people
- an atomizer might have a dummy empty cartridge on it (no stuffing)
- the real cartridges have caps on them and the caps may be the came color as the cartridge and hard to get off
After you get used to cart + atomizer (probably the least favorite way to vape), try drip tip and atomizer, and try Boge cartomizers (the favorite cartomizers of Ego and Riva 510 owners)
And warning - new atomizers may have nasty tasting primer on them. If so then do this: * blow out the atty, prime the atty with 3-4 drops of juice on the /\ bridge. Wait for that to soak in. Use a drip tip or dummy cart and mostly vape that off without inhaling. Repeat from * and then repeat from * again but this time try inhaling to see if it tastes OK.

Ahaha! Don't feel bad. I asked some of the craziest questions when I got my first kit too. I was trying to make it way more difficult than it is. Good Luck and Welcome!
