if vaping a cigar flavor e-juice, should you inhale?

I got a free sample of cigar flavor juice when I ordered some juice. I know people say you aren't suppose to inhale a cigar, just puff on it. Soooooooo I'm a little unsure how I should vape this cigar flavor juice. It's pure smokers tonic criolla blend.

Cigars are much too strong to inhale most of the time. The same isn't true of the juice. I use Want2Vape's Alcazar, Blondie, and Tabak Especial, which are extracted directly from the tobacco and I inhale. I would imagine anyone else would say the same.
