you probably would be interested to take a look at my not very conventional eGo setup.

This is an eGo tank with DCT replacement (2 Ohm dual-coil, dual-hole) and a rubber mouthpiece from eGo Mega Dual Coil carto.
Battery is eGo Twist. Actually eGo tank comes with its own single-hole short cartomizer which I've found completely inappropriate: persistent dry hits and not very good looking drip tip. That's why I tried DCT replacements which I used before with a regular DCT tank, which worked pretty well for me in every aspect besides its appearance. They are longer than original eGo-tank replacements but this is exactly what allows me to use EMDCC mouthpiece, it fits just perfectly and looks good for me.

The only problem with this replacement is that it has a flange and doesn't fit to eGo tank as is, so I use side cutters to cut off the flange, it takes just 30 seconds to do (you better use protecting glasses while doing that). Dual-hole DCT replacements work perfectly with my setup, no dry hits at all, even considering that holes in a DCT replacement are a bit higher than it should be for eGo tank, but surprisingly they manage to suck off all the e-liquid from the tank. I use 70/30 PG/VG DIY e-liquid on 4V voltage, which makes 8 watts.

I use this setup for a few months already with the very same eGo tank, no one case of a leakage. The only disadvantage I see is the tank's size, it's about 1.5 ml, so I have to refill it few times a day, but with the refilling tool it is a very simple procedure. But it's up to every person, I guess, to decide what is more important to him/her: large size of a barrel-like tank or small but more elegant eGo tank.
