I have been free from tobacco for six months now. I am living testament to the fact that ecigs can get you off of tobacco. I have wanted to quit smoking for years and could not seem to go through with it. I smoked my last cigarette when I got my first ecig setup. I have to admit it's been a rocky journey and a small financial investment into an evolving collection of devices and supplies. I have curbed my nicotine dosage back from 24mg to 7-9mg. Zero nicotine seems like a doable goal. I can't tell you how good it feels to be free of smoking cigarettes. It is simply a beautiful thing.
