which one would you choose? I've been using an Tornado/Ego for almost a year now. I'm thinking it might be a nice treat to get myself a mod, like a Chuck. But there have been so many innovations as of late, so I thought I'd ask you nice folks what you think. :) Yeah, I've asked this before...but a lot has changed since then.

So, what is your dream mod?

I also started with an Ego. then added a LR atty to that and still wanted more.....Next bought a Chuck but the button was a problem since I have a tendency of dropping things. I finally settled on a 5v GLV and love it. I have been using it for about 6 months now. I am still loving this thing and have no desire to ever buy another mod. Good luck in your choice.

I've bought and traded and sold several mods. Still have a few in rotation, but my all-time favorite is still my Provape. It's durable, uses a 14500 (whatever volt that is) and has two fitted tops, so I can switch out attys without it looking funky. I have arthritis, so weight, ease of use, and functionality make a difference to me. This one excels in all areas. It's not too heavy, the button is easy to reach and press (tho it's not the biggest, it's not the teeniest either), and changing the battery/atty/etc is easy to manage. It also performs wonderfully and I haven't had any problems.

(I also love the small size of the GGSlim and it's nice button.. the button is just in a bad place.. at the end)

But, honestly.. with that said.. I still prefer using an Ego/Riva/Vgo/Tornado 1000mah battery with a drip tip. It puts out just as good a vape (in my opinion.. maybe better) AND it's cheaper AND it's lighter and just as easy to use..

so if I were going to treat myself.. I'd probably choose something that is different than the Ego.. like a VV or something..

I feel your pain (daily!)   (sorry.. only something a fellow FMer could say!) The arthritis and the FM (and other lovelies) make my hands unpredictable. Sometimes pain, sometimes it's just a grip issue, but handling things is tricky.. so the lighter mods, and the simpler, bigger buttoned ones.. work best for me.

((hugs ya gently))

VV= variable volt. I hear that Provape has a VV mod. Provari or something like that.

The first mod I bought was a 3.7/6v Saber Touch (actually, I got a wetbox first, but it just wasn't for me at all). I love the ST so much I bought a mini too. The touch button is great, since there's nothing to break down. I use my eGo when I'm out, but as soon as I get home I switch to the Saber. It makes me happy.

I hear both of ya on the pain thing....although considering all that has happened the last 2 months, I have to say that physically I am doing better than expected.

This is a Black Stardust mini with smooth end caps, it's one of the standard colors offered. Shopping

You can order different colors, or have the option of ordering a custom color. Custom Saber Touch

The touch button is great, once in a while I just have to moisten the finger (I use my thumb) that touches the button, but once you get the hang of it, this mod is just wonderful. I can't say enough about it, I'm really glad I found these, I don't think I'll be doing any hardware shopping for a while, except for attys. Sir Lawrence is great to deal with, too!

VV? I can relate to the pain thing, I have fibromyalgia. :( I don't have issues with weight on my pv though.

FM,MPS,Diabetic Neuropathy here;you are not alone my friends. Are you finding the weather (cold) affects your pain levels?
I have arthritis too, but it's on my knees and lower back. :( Fibro sucks. But a certain green thing helps with that. ;) That and going to an osteomanipulative therapist. :D
Osteomanipulitative therapy!? Sounds positivily medevil! :)

I have tried almost every mod out there. I love the Vaprlife Turbo. It's last mod I'm buying :) done looking.

Ok will you tell me do you really notice a difference in the VV type mods ;like between 4.2-4.4-4.6 etc.? I got a 3.7 box but with a lanyard and it is really easy to hold. I got back and forth 3.7 to 5.0 and once in a while I pull out my DSE-905 for some 6.0 volt but it is a bit heavy to use very much often.
