The first mod I bought was a 3.7/6v Saber Touch (actually, I got a wetbox first, but it just wasn't for me at all). I love the ST so much I bought a mini too. The touch button is great, since there's nothing to break down. I use my eGo when I'm out, but as soon as I get home I switch to the Saber. It makes me happy.

SWEEEEET looking mod BLady!! love that your nails match... too cute!!
I had the purple coated one. It was a bit too heavy for me, and I had trouble making the connections.

I have tried almost every mod out there. I love the Vaprlife Turbo. It's last mod I'm buying :) done looking.

Vapre has some looking mods. I like the ladyvypr and the Joker, and that new one is awesome looking too.

I hear both of ya on the pain thing....although considering all that has happened the last 2 months, I have to say that physically I am doing better than expected.

Stress is a major aggravator for me.. my body doesn't handle stress the way most people can.. Physically, I really can't deal with stress. I hope things get better for you. Try and stay peaceful and calm. Happy thoughts coming your way! ♥

FM,MPS,Diabetic Neuropathy here;you are not alone my friends. Are you finding the weather (cold) affects your pain levels?

Osteomanipulitative therapy!? Sounds positivily medevil! :)
.

:p I have about 5 or 6 or the nasty little devils too. grrr. The cold affects me big time. I hibernate for most of the winter, just because of that. In fact, I think I've added another 'itis' to my list this winter. Costochronditis... arthritis in the breastbone.
Stay warm!! Happy thoughts coming your way too!! ♥

When I had vv it was a pita always fussing and usually ended up around 5v anyway. I like the turbo because its fixed voltage at 5v or 3.7 depending on what battery you use.

oh really? But so many people are adding it now. Phooey. It was one of the last things I hadn't tested out!

The VaprLife Turbo isn't much bigger than the eGo type batteries. It's super light, has decent batt life and comes in a few color/led choices. Reasonably priced as well with a nice 90 day warranty. I did sell mine, but only to order their "Pearl" mod. It's slightly bigger than the Turbo, but has another ring of LED light that I just find super pretty. :) The device can take two 600mAh batts making batt life between charges even better than the Turbo (one set of 350mAh batts lasted me about 7 hours in that one). I love the quality, the switch, the colors, the weight...the devices are just made of win.

Tried most and vaping nearly three years. Was a CHUCK-a-Holic. Many complained of switch problems and while my two ORIGINAL Chucks NEVER had a switch problem, 3 Little Chucks I bought on classies and one I used that belonged to someone else did have switch issues. I have tried the turbo and while it is pretty, the metal is too thin for me as I have RA and drop things and well.....the aluminum or whatever it is made of......made me nervous, nice vape though. Yes, I admit, I am powerless and a mod hoe. My current choice is the Tekk mod. I know there are rumored problems with "cracking" tops. Mine was not purchased from a vendor it was modded by sweet Bee Oh Bee and gifted to me. It is an unusual shape....actually easier to hold if one suffers from grip issues as it is wide. It has 2 18650 batts built in and the whole unit gets plugged directly to the puter for recharge. A charge for a constant vaper is about 2+ days and it hits as hard as my chuck at 6 volts. It is a regulated 5 volt and meters at around 5.3 constantly....no trickle down ....no OMG (Not the joose) I am losing power....the light turns an amber color to alert to another several hours of vaping allowed and I merely plug in for the night and ready to go. I hated changing batts, carrying batts around and now just grab an extra atty in case I forget to wet the atty a lot and off I run with my bottle of joose. I find my pocketbook lighter and a lilt in my step. Just a 2 cent opinion from a 2 cent mod hoe.

I have cycled through a lot of mods (Kaji, Reo, BSB, Chuck, a couple others, too) and I have kept my three GLVs, the rest have been sold or traded except the GGs, the Cadillac of the mechanical mods. The GGTS is expensive to be sure (even when you buy used as I have done) but the GGTB is a sweet little inexpensive mod, too, MistressNomad loves hers........:2c:

I checked out a GG....and me being me, Id drop 500 bucks to get the setup I would want..so Im avoiding even browsing. GLV looks like a good feel too, but I hate dripping. But the provari has caught my eye also....So right now I dig the wetbox, and LR cone atties on ego. If I was to step up, I just cant figure out what I would be happiest with. I gotta think with my hatred for dripping, Im stuck with GG and big ol' tank.

Thanks for the linky! Will have to check that out (and see if insurance covers it too)

The Silver Bullet isn't too bad. The button is fantastic (nice large, easy to locate and operate). It uses the 14500 batt too, but is shorter than the Provape. Just a simple sturdy, easy to use mod. no frills kinda thing.

I can't remember what the Chuck used, or the Saber.. but I think those two took the same batts/size/number... anyone?

Chief, you should consider the classys. That's where I got my GG. MUCH cheaper than 500 bucks
(but I got the Slim too.. which is probably less than whatever you are considering)

In fact.. I bought all, but one, of my mods through the classifieds. Only one of them had issues, and the builder fixed it for free (even though I didn't purchase it from him!!.. very impressive!! Hats off to Ikenvape!!)

I've found once I went HV I couldn't go back.
My fav mod is my GLV,now if you want a cheaper alternative there are 5v box mods out there. I will in a few days have to Puck mods(which I bought modded, since I can't mod)they are great because they run for a long time on 4 AAAs. I'm never without batteries as long as there are a few bucks in my pocket. Of course for the most part I use rechargables them them

I really dont know jack, or jill about mods..What I do know is I like them 2500-3000 mah batteries, and LR atties. And Id like to have a tank that lasted all day too...Im thinking GG might be my cup of tea. I can do the bulky, lookin like "the predators sabre" kinda deal. Its ugly enough so noone would try to kipe it, and big enough to bop em' on the dome with it if they tried.....[and cheify scurries back to the teepee]

The Pro Vari has won out for me so far. Does just aout everything you could want a PV to do, add a MAP Tank and it rules.
[ Pokes head outta teepee] Ill require urls for that there map tank....Verm MIGHT be onto something...though I wont be looking forward to deciding button type, and location to help decide.
Edit, saw a post of where to find them maps...

Provari here also. Does everything, absolutely everything. I can't see how anything would even compete unless eyecandy is the focus. There seems to be no logic to buying yet another mod stuck at a certain voltage swapping different ohm cartomizers and atomizers, then remixing flavors all trying to get the right vape from a unit. They will all be VV someday. Flexibility vs buying mod after mod after mod.
