I really like how they look but there are three things keeping me from buying one..
1) money, or small amounts there of, almost all the mods I have I have traded for services.
2) size, they are quite large.
3) Bottom feeder, when I would rather have something I can stick a rebuildable with tank on, or even better a box mod that can have a tank recessed it in partially.. but not a bottom fed squanker.. minor difference but it's a difference, I prefer my wick to be submerged at all times.

Cool! Those are all fixable things! If its not a bottom feeder, there is room to go smaller. And non bottom feeders are actually easier to build. How far recessed would the tank need to be? Whats the fattest tank people are using? I would like to make it useable for non gen users too. I think the fattest gen tank is the Zen right? Is the phiniac the fattest carto tank?

I believe the Phiniac is the largest diameter tank I own. Most I own are .75" - 1" with various models.

I agree, actually. These mods look beautiful and well built, but I'd be more likely to purchase a smaller size, non-feeder model. I'm not really into recessed tanks, though. They're cool, but i'd rather not have a tank potentially leak so close to the electronics. But thats just me.

And congrats to the winner. You got a badass mod.

Noooooo cash!

I'm not keen on a bottom feeder, but you don't have to bottom feed it, slap anything on it. I'm digging the VW though.

These are new, word probably isn't getting out yet. I directed some folks to come take a look, hope it helps.

Thanks Spicy! I really appreciate it!

Bringing this forward! 0017 is going to the wood doctor. I found the smallest crack in the wood on it so were looking at either replacing the panel or pulling the electronics into a new box, so for now 0017 is not available. Thanks! :)

Alrighty folks, I have way too many of these left, so lets talk about why. In my process of continual improvement, it's important that I have this question answered. So if you happen to drop in, look around, and say "that's not for me" I would love know what turned you away. You can post here, or feel free to PM me. Im not asking to get trolled, just need to know what I should change so I can make a product that fills your needs. Thanks!

Well, for me, I thought I was going to have the money for one but then realized I missed a couple bills  But I didn't NEED another bottom feeder, I hardly use the one I have now, I did WANT one though :D (number 17 and the mora's were my faves)
I still prefer my tube mods over all others because I cannot seem to be happy without my ce2 and rebuildable tanks.

If it doesnt need to be recessed, I can make them even smaller! Where does everyone stand on that? Also, would you rather see it smaller and take an 18490, or do you prefer the batt life of an 18650?

Personally I prefer the 18650 battery life. I want something that will last all day or even for 2 days, I hate batteries that only last a few hours or even just half the day.
Any chance on a tube version?

Not out of wood, however this new version Im thinking about will be roughly the same thickness as a provari, only square with rounded edges.

If you like dripping, you'll love bottom feeders. Dripping (other than genesis style tanks) is my favorite way to vape. Sure it's a lil large. BUT with an 18650 and a bottle built in, that's all you need to drip all day. You don't have to cary extra batts, bottles, you don't have to drip while driving (just as bad as texting if not worse), just fill it, throw in a fresh batt, and enjoy dripping wihtout having to actually drip all day. VW with great build quality AND aesthetically pleasing for uner $200? Thats a steal!

Hi Amber, sorry I haven't gotten back to this thread to give an update, I ran out of minutes again on my crappy internet service...

here's a pic of her in all her glory

so, this mod is vaping great. I have had NO problems, which for me is an accomplishment. I'm really loving the aesthetics. the grain of the wood changes as I turn it, giving me the experience of having two different types of wood. I love how the brass bling plays off the gold shimmer in my custom trippy. hope the pic does this justice. my trippy is large, and sits nicely on this mod, as you can clearly see...I put my malty in it, which is a fussy juice, I have found, and burns easily in VV mods. but in this VW mod, this juice vapes consistently. I have NO complaints! and I'm fussy too!

I don't know why there are so many left.....hope you keep making these and refining them. you're doing a great job.
