Hey i just got the igo-f and set it up as a dripper, single coil w. 28g kanthol, it works great but it doesnt seem to access the full wick and i get a burnt taste. To be fair its a .85oHm build on a standard 3.7v output battery.

So mainly i was just wondering what type of build u guys might suggest for my setup or if i should get a vv battery, and mainly if theres a way to duel-coil with only 2 posts so im not wasting all the liquid in the far side of my wick. Please veterans what tricks du guys have for a 2 post dripper to help fix the burning and use my whole wick. Thank you ahead of time.

What wire are you using, how many turns? What kind of wick cotton, ekowool or plain silica? You may have hot spots where the coils touch. You can see that if you fire it up with out a wick. For a dual on that it helps to have NR-R-NR wire. that is a wire with no/low resistance silver wire on the ends then you can put one coil far from the posts. may want to try going vertical on the coils. Personnel I gave up doing duals one with just two posts. Just to much trouble. Get an IGO W somethiing or a trident. You could alwasy try a 4mm coil and use 28 or 26 gauge wire.

You didn't say what type of coil design your using or what wick material, so it's going to be really hard to help you with this.

In a dripper burnt hits are almost always a result of vaping the juice out of the wick before the drag is complete. If you're using cotton, make sure it's not too tight in the coil, chocking it. If you're using silica also make sure you're not wrapping too tight. The wire should be touching the silica but not reducing the diameter of it. When I wrap silica I use a thick needle beside it and wrap both the silica and the needle. I take out the needle after I'm done.

The battery has nothing to do with this, it's all about the wick. I also would not worry about the space on the other side of the deck. That has never been a factor for me in my builds.

It's not much, but hope this helps a bit :)
