Waiting for one to arrive. The small form factor and small tank is what sold me. But some research shows there are issues with the tank.

How are people using it? I've seen some people wick through both tank holes. Wick through just one. Or none and using it like a manual dripper.

What are people using for wick? Basically if you have it and tinkered with it. What have you found to be the best setup?

The O.C.
mine is arriving monday and i looked into this before purchasing. some guys are running mesh wicks down one side. one guy figured out you can simply not wick the holes and tip the juice from the reservoir thru the holes onto the tray.

...so your Dripper becomes a Tipper, albeit 1 ml at a time, which is fine by me. i plan to install pre-made 1.7 ohm wicks and experiment with adding a cotton bed.

I use the igo f's for out and about. I have the best luck setting it up with "Peachs and Cream" 100% cotton yard from Walmart and 32 ga A-1 kanthal. I get the cotton ready by boiling in distilled water for about 5 minutes, cool, squeeze out water boil, again for 5 min in fresh DW. when cool squeeze out water an let dry. cut a piece about 4-5 inches long. double over and using straitened out Large paper clip as support, wrap a 4-5 wrap coil at the doubled over end, evenly spaced to fit between the posts. Not too tight, the cotton will swell when the juice wets it. Mount coil, then remove paper clip. Wet the tails with a bit of juice and roll to a point and thread through the holes in the deck. you want nice even bends not sharp turns. clip off the tails to fit in the tank when assembled. NEVER DRY BURN!!! I fill the tank through the wick holes with a syringe. This is what works for me using near 100% VG liquid. ymmv

Micro coil and cotton or bamboo yarn.

I use it as a tipper. Air hole pointed up in use and aligned with coil.
Trim right wick tail close
Wrap left wick tail around centre post and trim.

Ensure that both holes are visible.
Rear hole completely open and clear of wick, front hole has wick .5-1mm above.

The tipper works best when it can draw air from the front hole as liquid drips from the rear hole onto the deck.

Great for new flavours esp on a VV device. Small chamber makes great flavour.

Mine leaked from the hex bung. I used an over size bung and sealed it forever. Fill thru rear hole until wick saturates via front hole.

Have fun
