IGO-L Dual Coil and Airholes/airflow

Just picked up an IGO-L earlier today and have been playing with coils trying to attain optimal vapor output. The issue I am running into seems to be a lack of sufficient air flow as my Octopus RDA also had a similar issue until I modded it a bit by sealing the stock air hole and then drilling 2 additional ones right where the coils were, see below.


Now with the IGO i have a bit more room internally to work so I was wondering if I should bore another hole or simply make my legs longer (though I may then run into an issue with hot legs?) and try to get the coils closer to the single airhole? Which, by the way, I have already bored out a tad.

I ran dual coils on my igo-L @ .3 ohms with a single 3/32 airhole hitting just one of the coils. Whats the resistance on your build? Running longer legs should make for any hot legs. A couple of things affect vapor production like ratio of pg/vg and nic level. Higher vg and low nic give off more vapor.

Using the same juice, 18mg 50pg/50vg Yellow Submarine from Vaporlabs. The IGO-L setup is currently sitting at .22Ohms. I ended up drilling another hole anyway and the odd thing is my RDA Octopus with the same mods running @ .21Ohms is VASTLY out preforming the IGO-L. 28G Kanthal on both.
