I got one of these tonight and came home to play. It had a pre built coil on it so I figured I would just check it out and see what the ohms was on it. So I hook it up to my provari and I get "OP" Ok no big deal right? Take that coil out cause really who wants it? So I make my own and put it all back together and do a test to see what it got it wrapped at and here we go again "OP". So being a little concerned I decided to just pull out the 510 to ego adapter and boom the IGO works. I now get power to the IGO. So ya what could be the deal? There is not any thing on the bottom that I can move the connector around with. Would really like to not have the adaptor on there to use it. Yall have any suggestions? Oh and by the way this is a cool new toy.

bad adapter or it was not seated properly that the neg and pos is shorted out.

It only works with the adapter. If I put it directly on the provari it won't fire.

Place the Igo l onto a socket and hit the center pin from the top with a small hammer. It will move slightly allowing it to now make contact.

do you own a multi meter or ohm meter to check the ohm besides using the provari.
