Hi, new thread on the forum. I got an Igo-w from v-apes and read a LOT about sub ohm vaping forum. I got the 1.6mm holes and a safe battery for the setup but I'm not getting not near enough vapor from it.

My evic just does not work with 2 coils, they won't heat. the coils get red only with one coil. Also I gotta do it just perfect cause I get the "atomizer short" warning.

My question would be, is there any way to prepare the evic for sub ohm vaping or is just not suited for it?

If that's the case, what would be a perfect ecig/mod to use my igo-w with?

Thanks and I just wanna say what an awesome forum this is.

The evic is a regulated mod. Any mod that can adjust power is, and 90%+ will not fire below 1.2 ohms. Even if you could get it to fire, it would burn the wires out in seconds. What you need is a cost effective mechanical mod. No chips or wires, basically just a metal tube with a button on the bottom and 510 atty connector on top. I have a Smok Magneto and I love it. My buddy has a K100 and he loves it. Build 1.3-1.5 ohm single coils and tape one of those airholes for now so you can still run the evic. I've had 2 evic's and its great for its intended purpose.
