My igo-w still smells like old juice. i've rebuilt it three times, i've soaked it in water, i've soaked it in alcohol, and i can't get rid of the smell of old juice. any thoughts?
The Chinese tend to use lower grades of plastic for insulators (and rubber for o-rings)... and if the juice you use is a little "aggressive"... it can eat into and stay with the parts, long after you've used it.
Might want to try warm to hot water and baking soda, or same again, with white vinegar.

Lots of juice will get inside of the screw posts.
Take the screws out and clean them.
Then clean inside of the posts.
I use a 1ml syringe with a fine tip and inject water inside of the posts to clean them out.

Had to do this after vaping a melon mix.
Also absinthe flavor seems to really hang around.

Other than that I use hot tap water and dish soap on a toothbrush and scrub everything down good and rinse well.
