A few days ago I started having trouble with my IGO_W v1. It's acting like their is a short in the build. I've tried multiple builds using 30 gauge kanthal and a micro coil. When I check the ohms on my iTaste MVP 2 they will jump around in big #'s like 9.9ohm, 4.3ohms, 2.2ohms. I've been building the same type of coils for around 6 months now and have never had an issue. Any ideas as to what's going on?
Thanks

First thing I'd do is check all 3 posts for dirt or other contamination...if they're clean, check the tension of the screws...this seems to be a weak link with the -W; it can be a "balancing act" to get just enough tension to SECURELY hold the wire WITHOUT slicing through it!!:(
BE SURE to check the actual connection between the rda and the ohm-reading device you're using....the ohm reader ("black box") I'm using came with a 510-to-510 adapter that occasionally "wonked" out my readings -- removing it solved my issue....
Good Luck!!
Happy (vaping) Trails!
EDIT: +1 to what dlovell said!;)
