iHybrid APV questions

I'm not yet allowed to post on the iHybrid thread, although I have more than 15 posts ):. Anyways I'm going to pull the trigger on one tonight when the illuminati version goes on sale. I understand that you do have to set them up, so I was wondering exactly what I need to do to set one up. Links to videos of how to set up would also be appreciated. Answers that I am looking for include:

building atty?
how to fill juice?
kick? do I need one?

Sorry,but if you are asking these questions,I don't think ordering an A.P.V.tonight is a good idea for you. Do you have other toys to vape with?
