Zenesis is impossible to find - ihybrid is avialable occasionally. LOL no, I really don't know. I literally JUST ordered a gunmetal iHybrid v2.1.
I like the zenesis better aesthetically but the ihybrid is more readily available. They're both awesome mods though so I bet you'll love either one you get.
Ya just cant go wrong with either one, the iHy is easier to get, I got mine a week ago and he now has more already with a new finish, and more about every 2 weeks or so, my issue is getting the color tubes.
Haven't taken the jump to a hybrid yet but I like the Zenesis as it is made from steel and just looks killer but I like that the IHybrid has multiple tube options for different sizes.
There are lots of places for wick and wire but EvilBAY is quick and easy:

Both are great devices! I have both. At times I have trouble deciding which to grab. 
Gun metal iHybrids are available today and will most likely sell out soon if not already from ihybridmods.com or 310vapers.com. Zens sell out in minutes each time I saw so far...
There's one of each currently on the classifieds if you are a verified member.

I'm excited for my gun metal ihybrid. Lots to learn. I haven't made my own wicks and coils before. Hope I catch on quick. I usually do with this kinda stuff. Thanks for all the info and links guys. I'll post up some pics as soon as I get it going sometime next week. I just hope I don't neglect my silver bullet and provari v2 once my ihy arrives

That is very true. But they look so clean... so why not have them all. Haha. I just made it my Christmas present to myself so that helped me justify spending the money. You live and you learn I guess

I had signed up to be alerted via email when the standard is in stock and I ordered it 5 minutes after getting the email.. I also ordered a .... load of 12" x 12" 500 SS mesh and 6" x 6" 400 SS mesh as well as 10 packs of 3 foot rolls of kanthol in 28 and 32 gauge(32 gauge is for twisted coil). So, I have about 30 feet of each gauge. And I have somewhere around 5 cubic feet of 500 SS mesh and 1.5 cubic feet of 400 SS mesh.
I ordered from OKC, the site Nuuze posted a link to. BUT I will be going to my local home depot and lowes to see if they have it (I'm certain they will) because it will be way cheaper and no shipping cost. I recommend you do the same.
Now if I can just figure out where to get the drip tips they have on them (iHybrid) in the advertisements..

Stormy's is nice but I would suggest Ebay only for the fact that you can 12" x 12" mesh and 100' wire for near the same price..............that's like 1/2 the price for a waaaaay more of each.
I have the same $12 12" x 12" 400 mesh I got from ebay like 4+moths ago....and I've only used about 1/3 of it..........and I got 100' rolls of wire to last me a lifetime......
do you have any idea how much you just got ripped off for those supplies? 75 foot of kanthal is 4 bucks
400 mesh is 10-15 bucks a square foot
325 is like 8-12 bucks a square foot.

IIRC faceless said that would ship with all LE's but not the standards. no other way to get one.
the way i look at it is if you spend a few hundred bucks on you PV you are probably not worried about a few bucks on mesh and wire.
