Ok. I see a lot of you guys in the engine nano thread. Do you guys recomend this tank? is the air flow as open as exo? I don't like restrictive air flows.
I don't have the nano but the original engine isn't even close. The top air flow design just kills the flavor

How do you like it compare to exo? Do you recommend buying one? I just need something leak proof.

Yeah I'd recommend it. I like the vape of the EXO more because it feels more restricted to me but the Nano is still enjoyable. The flavor is pretty good. I vaped it last night and all day today and I'd say the flavor is comparable to the EXO. The main thing I dislike about the Nano is the side fill.

I had problems with the Nano flooding but when I started to lay the tails on top of the juice holes instead of all the way through, it didn't flood anymore.

I don't know no one has come up with a top air flow design that could deliver the air coming from the bottom of the coil yet.

Some other attys have in a way. The gear rda has side air that's really bottom and the freemax star pure tank has top air that's really bottom. I'd love to see the freemax design in an rta

Thanx for the info. Sounds promising. I'll go check these attys.

So after the initial leaking last night, it hasn't leaked since. No liquid in the battery compartment or around the 510 connection. I just filled it again and there is minor flooding but no leaking. I put a tissue paper around the airflow and blew into the tank to clear it. Hopefully it'll stay clear.

Yeah I put in a fresh wick and cut the tails very short so they weren't blocking the juice flow. Previously, I had them hanging all the way in there.
So you keep coming back to this bad boy. Don't feel alone though. I also do get my share of leaks. That's why I was asking about the nano. This thing is just such a perfect single coiler

I tried something different today rewicking the EXO. There is a 3.5mm ID Tsuka coil in it, pulled the Rayon through like usual, but did the tails a little differently. I cut them straight up from the edge of the deck and then just folded them down into the juice channel. There is enough wick to just fill the top of the channel without packing it and it is wicking perfectly with no flooding, not that I have ever had any flooding.

Just make sure the amount of tail does actually fill the channel, and if it doesn't because of a smaller ID coil, leave a tiny smidgen extra. There is nothing to trim this way either, just wet the tail and gently smooth down the top fibers.

Like everything YMMV. ;)
