So your leaking is with the dual coil deck? @ShowerHead just mentioned he also has issues with the dual deck. I've only used the single & no problems. Mine came from fasttech. ''Tis true better to purchase from a good vendor in the USA. Hard to send back to China.

Yep, but not leaking. It simply didn't not allow a good resistance reading on either deck and base combo.

    Somewhere between here and there
I went ahead and put the single coil deck on with a stock coil and cotton that came with it. I'll see what happens now. I did notice that the single deck went into the chamber a lot easier than the dual deck. With the dual I always had to wiggle it around a little to get it in place so I could screw it into the tank.

I was having leaks with regular coils. I switched to fused clapton coils and that has helped a lot.
For those of you that don't have leaks, what coil do you use?
same question goes for the ones that have leaks.
I do get leaks while driving also because of the stop and go action in the car. This thing is designed to leak. Another way to control the leak is to close the jfc until you feel it needs to be opened again.

Well, I have an SS 430 clapton 3.5 ID 6 wraps in mine. I just wicked it the usual method, one time leak terribly, use a lot more cotton and all is well.

I didn't notice mine leaking in the car, but then, I usually keep my mod in hand because I tend to vape my way down the boulevard.

I don't see how a coil could cause leaking. If you used a small ID coil then there might not be enough wick tail to fill the juice channel properly. An easy solution for single wire coil builds would be an ID of at least 3mm.

I have a staple staggered fused clapton in mine, one of the Demon Killer Violence set.

Dirt cheap, nice tin and they come with a GV style screwdriver. The 3-Way is now the new Blue. :D

In my experience.....Filling up the tank while the air flow is open( even if it's a crack) will cause leaking from the air flow. Especially if you just vaped the tank empty and are refilling. Has something to do will the seal air pressure

I've been filling mine with the air flow open a little bit and it's leaked almost every time. I'm going to try filling it with the airflow closed and see what happens. If it still leaks, then I'm going to try cotton. I've been using rayon so far.

Edit: Juice flow is closed when filling.

Ok....This issue occurs with all tanks to my knowledge...Once the air flow is open while refilling....There's gonna be a leak....I have a crown tank, avocado tank and and an ego one mega tank....It's the same result. It's happened also on my exo....I just cleaned up and refilled with air flow closed...And that leaking stopped. Plus when driving and moving with the set up in pocket...Close the air flow. That should sort out leaking. Hope this helps....The exo is a joy to behold and use

I fill ALL my tanks with the airflow open and they never leak, even the 9ml BFDFT that has no JFC. Closing off the airflow really wouldn't do anything since there is a wide open chimney right there to allow air into the deck area.

The Crown leaks due to seals or coils. I have no idea how you get an Avocado to leak while filling it? It's a genny style tank everything is above the juice. The ego One is like the Nautilus, you take the tank off and invert it to fill... :?:

IMHO if a tanks leak through the airflow, there is a problem with the atty. It has bad seals, cracked glass, defective threads etc or improper wicking.

Just wanted to share for those that don't read the Pictures of your setup thread.

Stripped the janky blue paint off of my Hohm Tech Slice, it needs more buffing but I'll be happy if it gets the Minikin 2 Raw look!

The EXO is in the background on the Banshee for thread cred. ;)

Your Slice is naked  how did you do that? The paint is pretty crappy, on my red Slice my finger slipped & I scratched the paint off in one spot. Used nail polish for now. Maybe I'll make mine naked if it's not too hard.

How do you like the Banshee? There was one in the sell section probably gone now.

Ah well. Looks like I'm going to have to retire this tank for now. Floods with cotton and rayon. I can't tolerate flooding into the battery compartment.

Put it away until the weekend.
I am, and shall always be, The King of Leaks. I have the single deck wicked, vaping beautifully, and most important, leakfree. For over a week! As you are new to this forum, that may not sound like anything unusual. For me, KoL, it's an honest accomplishment. I have three tanks that I can wick without error, this one, OBS Engine, Aromamizer Plus.

I'll rewick it, with photos and detailed method and post it for you on Sunday.
Take heart, if it doesn't leak for me, it doesn't leak.

I'm pretty shocked. I found this to be one of the most forgiving tanks to wick. No tricks needed. Hopefully this helps. It's my review but if u skip to the 12:40 Mark I show how to wick the dual coil deck.
