I think what you're trying for is 'crema'. It has the consistency of sour cream, maybe a little looser even, such that you can drizzle it, but tastes like cream cheese. Doubt if you can get the real thing in Pa. I can't in Hawaii. I'm originally from Cal near the Mexican border and miss it. I dilute cream cheese to fake it fairly well.

The Russians have something very similar they use on blinis and caviar. Can't remember the name.

nope i cut small thin slices and put it in my taco sometimes i add avocado the smaller kind (that has the almost black skin) not the tasteless larger avocado...

Love the changes to the look of ikenvape. This certainly IMHO is now going in the right direction. One thing though, view it in both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and maybe even Firefox whilst you're at it. The placement of the menus needs checking in different browsers and tweaking for alignment.
