Sorry my good man I haven't spoken to Isaac since last week. We exchanged a few texts on Monday. The short all hell has broke loose at IKV. (server) I know folks need to contact him etc... I wish he would have solved this issue (nipped it in the bud)in June. but hind sight is 20/20. Best you can do is e-mail him sales@ikenvape.com. FWIW it pains him terribly so to have his customers in limbo. Is there anything I can do to help? If so shoot me a pm.support
