Yea - wasn't that a hoot - same thing happened to me. Shouldn't have wasted time ordering other stuff. oops! And the other 'stuff' was just add on's I didn't really need - so I just didn't buy anything. Maybe another time, I'll get lucky.
Sorry Mike, I doubled the order and have 5,000 of each LR and SR Punch going into production today. and also I'm paying more to expedite the order and will put on quantity limits.
Hey no problem Isaac - I still have some IKV supplies, though pretty low. I'm actually glad for you and your business more than I'm disappointed I missed out this go-round.
I'm not so kind. Waste of time looking into buying this product. How can you possibly only buy enough stock to last an hour? I heard your cartos were the best, too bad I'm not going to spend every waking minute watching your stock so I can buy it.
It's just like buying tickets to a show, Jwark. If the band is that good, they will sell out quick enough.At one point we did have a set limit per order of a maximum of 15. I cannot tell you how far we fell behind because it's down right embarrassing. I'm sure you can imagine what the repercussions impose when a rule is instilled like this. Plainly, intense labor, wait times, dissapointments, frustrations all around from the customer to us and back again. The next shipment will have a max limit however it will be lenient with a cap of 30-50.
Thats the way to do it, be a knob and try to get any kind of adult response. Ikenvape has always been a mom and pop operation.

Iken i know its not your fault but i have to say im very sad my self. Just like i said in an earlier post this sale went up like i was afraid it would while at work and didnt get a single carto. So though im not fortunite enough to have gotten any this time and have been waiting for months to try and get some cartos lol. Is there any way some of us that got left in the dust can be put on a list of sorts? And any idea how long it will be for the next batch? And just a thought might want to order 10k instead of 5k lol.

I Really wish I can Tj. Truth is we just can't afford it and with tax season due soon. We may not even make it. From the losses we hit last year from the Philippines and with purchasing our first house. Recovering has not been kind.It's astonishing to have so much demand and not enough backing for padding. I put 50 a side of each model to be on the safe side. For a contest and/or replacements. I'll see what our options are after we clear out the orders.

5K cartos at a limit of 50 = 50 bricks or 100 customers
19K emails for stock request (obviously not for the same item)
In my most humbling opinion as both a vendor and a vaper folks that performed the latest end run should be ashamed of themselves. Notwithstanding, it is understandable how or why it happens. Ya don't want to run out! Well a simple solution is to order on a continual basis moderate amounts, vice a periodic basis of insane amounts.
I can see a reasonable cap of 25 per order, nothing wrong with that. I had to place a cap on our stock as well, as Isaac runs out the US does an end run on our stock and Canadians are left without = a bunch of angry polar bears We still have folks that circumvent the system by placing multiple orders, but hey if you are willing to pay for the extra shipping we will accommodate
There are times that I am ashamed of our community. Where we see the ugliness in people when the majority of the time we see what we truly are made of (vapers helping vapers). We have become a society of me myself and I. As Stubear's signature once quoted << There is no I in team>> I had to recently cancel "small packet" shipping to the US, not by choice. I had to! It became an administrative nightmare folks insisting on using "small packet shipping" when their order clearly did not qualify for such and knowingly selected the option regardless. What saddens me the most is that the decent folks lost out on this for a few dis-respectful individuals who simply do not care for their fellow vapers.

It's still a good community, when you put a bit of yourself into what you do. I can't count the times I have received a PM offering some stuff that I really like which was out of stock by a vendor, and still do that to others myself.

Was I bummed I wasn't going, Hell Yes !!! I also knew there would be another show (I saw 160 of them) and I would see my share of them.
Please don't let this get you down. This is a byproduct of making great products. Personally I'd rather wait for a great product than have easy access to a crappy one.

I agree with Switched 100%. There is an element of greed that is creeping into the community and causing "Black Friday" like feeding frenzies on our suppliers. Aside from yesterdays Ikenvape run, we also have Mom and Pop juice vendors that can stay open for mere minutes at a time before they are overwhelmed with orders and need to shut down because people are ordering liters of juice at a time! Hell, I've even seen people take PIF's from members here and then turn around and list the item in the classifieds! Sad.
Thank you for implementing the order limit. I do apologize for being rude. You did listen to my request, though. I did not realize you had been hit with hard financial issues which is completely understandable why you were not able to order enough to satisfy the demand.

Hm, yeah. Well of course everyone is free to express the way they feel. He did handle my complaint like a pro though. He seems to have very good customer service skills. I'm referring to the ikenvape guy, your dad I guess?
In your other post you said it was a waste of your time. If you put as much effort into odering as you do complaining you would have everything you want.
