I'm breaking into some 510 mega fusions and finding that my 510 drip tips don't fit. Just a hair too large. Did I miss something here? I sanded a delrin down to size, but am hoping there's a tip that'll fit out of the box. Thanks!
Mine came with tips but he has some tips that fit on site.
Thanks 5card! I've looked over the site and can't find which tip is specified for the 510 fusions. Do you have any insight on that?

the black delrins are the one. Starting at order number 4700 I started adding them with every order during the rush. Foolishly I missed 45-4600. I need to our source larger bodies ugh
Iken, I'm new to your products and anxious to try them out. I got close on the new punched 510 fusions last time but did not check out fast enough. No problems, lesson learned. I have a stacked 18350 mechanical device and was wondering what you might recommend. Ideally something XL punched for a tank, but maybe I'm just pushing my luck. Thanks for the help and love the thread. Lots of nice folks and a few.... well maybe I'll stop there. LOL

No problem. ok, first stacked 18350's, your talking about 7.4-8.4V? We don't have cartos that can withstand that high of voltage without burning out in a few dys. I tested these a few times. The initial test started with atomizers. The 801 gave us enough room to make it happen with longevity. One batch of the 901s were successful and one with the 510 models. However 2 weeks were the limit with the latter two without scorching.
For cartos, we got up to the 6V range with the Gold V2 preliminary tests with the 510 fusion, however burning persisted in about a week. As a company, it can get scary to support a carto like this and mainly I don't want to jepordize any customers health. What you can do with a mechanical mod, is use an 18650 button top IMR (4.2V), though it maybe 5mm short considering what kind of spring your using and pick up an LR 510 Mega Fusion Punch and you'll be good to go.
Iken, Thanks for the quick reply. That's what I thought but wanted to ask. The fusions I was trying to order are slated for my 26650 mod and the other one in the 18650 kicked mode. But dang I love me some HV vaping from time to time. Enjoy the day.
are your 801 fusions different than the Boge 801 fusions I see other places ?
Difference as night and day. Those are a sorry attempt at trying to copy someones design that failed. Hence why they're so easy to get and these are in great demand.

A kick should leave a nice wide open window of choices my man. Though with running hot for max performance will always have a toll. Like an inevitable acceptance, candle that burns twice as bright etc.
Far far different.Our expense is huge and the profit is minimal when you take in the supplies we send over to the factories into account. So it's worth it for you guys and us to have a brand that screams quality.
/sigh I am always to slow all 510 carts are out. I was going to get some non punch to hold me over till punched came in cause I have finally got a carto punch to take the plunge in punching my own and missed on those too lol.

Sorry, I forgot I gave them to a new vaper. The ones I have are the 510 Gold Drip Tip Cartos that he doesn't stock any more. They used to fly off the shelf.

And the other half has been cut off and will get other ones. I don't know what hes been doing to his but he seems to go through cartos faster then I do. I know some of he juices are dark and that shortens carto life but geeze he is killing me lol.
From the ones you last helped me with im down to 5 left. I liked the 1.7 better and the 3.0 I gave to some friends who were out before I knew my partner was gonna burn through our 1.7 /sigh.

I think some people just don't understand them. I gave this lady 5 boxes of cartos to get her started and 5 days later she inquired about more because she was out. 5 boxes would of lasted me a couple months.
That's what I was hoping for myself lol. I think im gonna make the other half use dif cartos for his darker juices till Isaac can get enough to keep in stock lol.
OMG! 25 carts in 5 days?? With the rarity and longevity of these, I squeeze every last hour out of my Fusions!
I know. I was just floored when she told me that. I was trying to be nice and give her the good carto but if I'd of known she was going to do that I would have given her a few boxes of the Boges I still have from before I started using Ikenvape's cartos.
Maybe you should get him some I06 atomizers or cannons for that juice.

Totally agree with J5 up there. For those darker liquids, I would use atties. In about 2-3 days we should be all set in the carto department.
