I'm really loving the flavor and vapor production this beast of an atty puts out. However, the empire drip shield doesn't fit with it as their website would suggest. Even on my Buzz Pro that has an elevated connection! Any ideas guys?

And yes I do have the shorty 510-510 adapter on as well.

I have an IO6 and a 510-510 adapter with Empiremod dripshield. They fit perfectly. Could you share some pictures show why they don't work?

tear apart a 510 carto, shove the i06 up in it, then slide that whole thing up in the empire shield,been using this mod for a long time now,,, when you put the i06 in the carto you can crimp it down low to help hold it in place ( thank Ripple for the crimp ) or you can do like I do and use a piece of Delrin but if you dont have the special delrin then a simple 510 Carto tube stripped works great, then just put your drip tip on top. Done deal.

@yaoyichi, the i06 is to thin to fit properly in a empre drip shield by it's self and work properly, also there is an i06 DCA coming shortly from Jason over at Goodsensevapor and this will be super for the i06 so keep your eyes open for these.

Ahh I see. I use the drip tip here http://ikenvape.com/io6-delrin-drip-tip/

And the drip shield covers a huge part of the drip tip too when the shield is installed.
