IKVision SR 510 Clearomizer 3.5ml 3.0Ω question

Hi everyone, I saw these on Ikenvape website. I was looking for something I can take with me without having to worry about breaking a tank. Any way, I saw the picture, but still confused on how it works.

First is this a cartomizer? If so, how do I fill it? Just take out the drip tip and fill the juice? Does it matter where the juice goes ? wasn't sure if it was like a carto where the juice shouldn't go down the middle. Is there any kind of priming required? How many refills would I get out of one these?

Sorry for all the noob questions, just want to make sure I understand how it works before I buy a few of these.

Looks similar to some mini-tanks that I have used. Probably just a pull the drip tip out, fill, replace drip tip, attach to PV and go kinda thing.
As far as lastability, I have some mini-tanks that have had many refills. Looks like the wick runs down the middle along with that red wire to that little silicone looking platform which probably has the atomizer. 3.5ml's pretty good capacity.

Yes it is a carto and you fill it like you said. I haven't used any of those since he put the tip on them. Never really liked any I tried. The sides are thin and with rough treatment will crack. Some people love them I recommend these clearomizers. They have a strong tank and are way better in my opinion.
