so... was just speaking to a man who insists it's illegal to use e-cigs indoors in the state of New Hampshire. he even showed me his shiny metal badge in his wallet, as if that was supposed to convince me ;) we resorted to googling the laws here but we couldn't find anything. he's promised to email me his evidence, if he ever digs it up.
I searched and found many laws regarding minors and public places... anyone know their way around RSAs that can weigh in on this?

my roommate and best friend is a State Representative... maybe I can get this fixed real quick, if there is an issue!

I didn't find specific references to your OP nor did I research the following link's info thoroughly. They're usually accurate at that site. [At the least, the link will be a resource.] The only reference to indoor (and in this case outdoor) vaping refers to public education facilities.

Yeah, there are tons of people out there who believe that police officers are judges or law books themselves. Unfortunately, many of those people are police officers. I had an officer for 30 years tell me that the Open Container law didn't count if there weren't enough open containers for the driver to have one. So I guess, we can open up 4 bottles of Jack Daniels and pass them around as long as there are at least 5 people in the car???
