I definitely did. In between being with family and seeing real grass and trees...Just plain amazing. Now I'm confused about this little auto save thing that's popping up in the corner of my reply box. The site get updated while I was gone?

Glad to hear you had a nice time. Good thing your leave wasn't here or you would not have seen grass. We are uner 3 or 4 feet of snow! Did you give the wife the skirt, did she like it? Were you home on time to take your son trick or treating???

And who can blame her! Sure she had tons of things she has been waiting to do with and watching you sit on the cmputer -not on the list!

Very happy to hear that the skirt went over well and you had the opportunity to trick or treat with the little one. Nothing better then raiding there candy bag after they have gone to sleep. Only my 10 year old still trick or treats, my 14 yr old declared she was too old this year, don't know how I'll get my fix when my 10 yr old does the same!

Haven't updated on the topic for a while as there has been not much to report, no changes with my father. It seems he has only gotten worse in a comma on a resporator. He has a DNR but for some reason (maybe a language barrier) his wife can not get them to honor it. So now we wait.

So very sad that there is no changes or only worse ones to report regarding your father, Moo. :(

DNR is not the same as withdrawing or withholding medical interventions, Moorea - there may very well be a language and a cultural barrier if that's the situation if that is what she is trying to get them to understand. I am sad for everyone and my heartfelt sympathy to you and your family. (((hugs)))

And a good order it was! I can understand after doing without you for 6 months that she may have wanted your undivided attention :)

So sorry to hear that mo :( DNR is different than taking him off life support so that may be the issue? I hope that it all works out well for all involved.

LOL .. if mine was away for 6 months there would be an entire list of things he could not do. Basically anything that did not make me and the kids the center of attention.

Thanks for all the warm wishes.
