Hey gramva - no more windex and paper towels for me.

Google "supercloth" and shop around for best price. They are sold everywhere on line at least.
reviews are awesome - me included. SO EASY now to clean mirrors, glass, stainless steel, lots of things.

Just wet the cloth, wring out excess and clean away. No paper towels needed and windows dry spotlessly. :thumb:

Sheesh! I need to clean my windows soon and came back here looking for this post! I am going to order now so that I do not have to go through this again lol

I hope that all is well in the desert today! Keep warm and stay safe :)

Local real deals dollar store has 2 packs of 12x16" microfiber window/mirror/lens cleaning cloths for $1.
Liat price on them is like $8.

Great. Now you tell me lol I just ordered a few for $7.50 each :( Shipping was free though. These sound like they are awesome though. Dirt rinses right out and you just keep on going. Plus they have a 30 day money back guarantee. I figured if Rosco has been using them awhile and likes them so much they are worth a try :)

Good morning, and yes it is double work for me, but all is still well and quiet. The cold has hit and is not giving up.

How cold does it get in the desert? I thought the desert stayed hot.

Place hands on monitor for best results.

LOL

I keep meaning to look into those since I read about them here and keep forgetting.

Just an FYI- I am about 2 weeks away from mailing a care package out before the holidays :)

I have a bunch to donate, but don't know if I will make it on time. I also wonder if that great big bottle of nic I sent was enough to last them until someone puls them out of the desert, or if they can use more (because I have plenty more.)

Todays update is not so good. My father did not make it to the plane, he had complications and needed emergency surgey, no telling when he will be healthy enough to come home or if his lungs will start working agin.

I am sorry to hear that Mod. Yes, the not being able to do anything really does make it worse. I didn't even know my father was vacationing in Italy before I got the news. I have thought a few times about going there, thinking that would make me feel more useful, but I am told that due to insurance and other issues he can be put on an air ambulance back to the states with very little notice, then I would be stuck in Italy for no reason! I've been there once and have always wanted to return, but not under these circumstances. So like you I have been trying not to dwell!

And of course my thoughts are with you and your father.
