I'm a Newbie...Waiting for my kgo!!

I too got the Kgo, I have been vaping for a year, I got them to take out with me as the other PV's I have are just too big, so far so good, it's a great device for on the go.

Did the kit come with a cone? 'Cause it can look pretty funny with just the 510 cartomizer on it. The cones make it look more streamlined, and I feel like it holds the cartomizer in better.

I've got a list going for ecb...couldn't believe the prices! It must be torture to get the juice and then have to wait even longer for it to steep!! I'm not a naturally patient person, so we'll see how I do with that...lol

With the Kgo cones although they may look nice they may impede airflow. As for quickly steeping juice:
put bottle of juice in hot tap water for 45 mins. Place in cupboard.
Next a.m. remove cap and pace back in cupboard.
Next a.m. try vaping the juice.

With the Kgo cones although they may look nice they may impede airflow.

I don't find that the cones impede air flow at all with cartomizers. I use the cones when I have my KGO in my pants pocket because it takes some of the sideways pressure off the battery/thread connection if I sit or bend in a way that binds.

How did they mod them? The whole modding thing is new to me.

There's a number of slots at the bottom of cone. I carefully cut them larger/ up/ longer a little bit at a time. Used a "push" blade and that way the rough part of the cut was on the inside of cone.

The Kgo is a great starter kit! I still use them every now and then, but i recently got 2 ego-twist batteries, and I love them... But the Kgo is a solid performer, for sure... So begins the epic journey to find your perfect eliqiud! Have fun!!! Lo?L... Fruity flavors are my favorite, RAWR vapor, Mom and Pop, and hoosierecig all seem to do fruit good, with reasonable prices... I'm always trying new juice though, i love vaping!

Got my KGO in last week with Boge LR 510 cartomizers, I love it!!!

Other Essentials: I started with exactly the same stuff, 20 bottle 3ml sampler pack from juicy vapor (friends suggestion). You will probably want to order a couple 18ml or so bottles of your favorite juices within the next few days, I was jonesing for my favorite flavors but was pretty satisfied with the sampler pack in the meantime. I ordered a spare KGO charger with my last juice order for $4 I believe.

I also got my KGO from Hoosier Ecig. It comes with 2 atomizers, which are really handy when sampling juices. You can sample the juice for awhile, blow all the juice out blowing through the threaded end, try a different juice (some flavor creep maybe for the first few puffs) and then put 4-5 drops of vodka to clean overnight, not sure if you blow that out before or after you go to sleep.

Got it today!!! So stoked. Sooooooooo much better than the lame Walmart ecig I had. I actually enjoy this! I ordered the Metallic Plum Purple KGO, and it's spectacular. Looks great with the clearomizer. I ordered 3 types of juice...couldn't wait to let them steep and tried right away. So far, the Strawberry Champagne is great. Love it and already filled a carto. I also got Pear, which I'm not so sure about yet. Might have to let that one sit a while. Haven't gotten to the last one - Caramel Cream Coffee. Will try that next.

Big thanks to all on ECF for this experience. Because of this site, I found a great kit at a great price and I couldn't be happier. And thanks to Hoosier e-Cig. Awesome kit!!

Now it's off to spend all my money on juice. Wish me luck!
