About the only place you'll ever see a REO leak is occasionally at the 510/atty connector and it's easily remedied with an o-ring. To keep it from dripping juice from the atty's air hole, don't stash it in your purse/pocket right after you've squonked - take a couple toots first.
Vape well? It's a REO, that's a given!
As far as flooding, it's just about impossible to flood a REO because the excess juice drains from the atty back into the bottle. About the only way to cause problems is to do monster squonks which will flood the atty to the point of juice running out the air hole - but if you let it sit for a minute or so, even that problem will clear itself up by draining back into the bottle.
I don't think any device is 100% all the time leak-proof, but I've had far less leakage/flooding problems from my REO than I ever did from any other tank/clearo setup I carried. I was having some leakage issues around the 510/atty connector because it's 100+ degrees out here and the juice thins out and starts to "auto feed" into the atty a bit, but a thicker o-ring from Rob solved that problem. Any carto tank or clearo I took out into the heat almost immediately started leaking and got all flooded/gurgly, so the REO was a blessing by comparison. It spends entire days out in the heat, bouncing around in my pockets, being left in the car occasionally etc. and still vapes like a champ.
I recently took my ProVari with a carto tank out for a day - partly for a change of pace and partly because the tank was full of Home Slice and that was the flavor I wanted for the day. Not even two hours of being out in the heat (it was about 105 degrees that day), I was drinking my HS instead of vaping it because the carto was all flooded and gurgling (not the first time I've had that experience). When I took the tank off to try to clear it, the entire well around the positive post was flooded with juice. Needless to say, I was wishing I had left it at home and brought the REO instead!
