I'm a Veteran, but have no idea how to take part in Ask The Veterans!

So, I figured who better to ask...?

Are all Veterans allowed to chime in when a question pops up on Ask the Vets, or is it just a certain group? If anyone is allowed to give their two cents, do we just have to check every so often to see if there's an open thread or something else I'm missing entirely? I have knowledge I want to share!
