When I got my first ecig, I was so excited. It was the first time in over 15 years that I've ever tried to quit... and it worked! I had quit for 6 months, I was so proud of myself. Then I would go back and take a hit off a cig here and there to remind myself how gross it tasted and that worked... Until I went to a bar with a friend for a birthday celebration. It slowly went downhill from there. So I've been smoking since then and hadn't really wanted to go back to vaping until this weekend. I moved last month and most of my supplies are still lost in boxes, so I ordered a new OMG setup and I await it's arrival. Here's to staying on the wagon for good this time!

I'm a second timer myself. Vaped last year without a smoke for about 4 months. Then through a family tragedy I fell off and stayed off for about 3 months, beating myself up for "failing". I came back with the attitude that at least I'd cut down and lessen the damage. I got into vaping and really enjoying myself with the juice etc. It wasn't something I HAD to do.. I didn't HAVE to quit smoking, I was just doing something that I enjoyed doing when I vaped. Well..... it became preferred. Last time I tried a cig, I puked.

My advice is don't beat yourself up. Start vaping, make it fun, make it no stress, and the day will come when you can't imagine smoking.

Good luck (again) :D

Don't beat yourself up if you have a cigarette, I often did when I first started and considering I see it more as switching. Get yourself a good kit and juice that help alleviate the cravings and you'll find that even if you have a few cigarettes when out with friends at night, the next day you want to vape, not smoke! :)
