I'm back w/ old juice?

Hi every one! I’m back. It’s been about two years since I fell off the PV wagon (long story). I had been vaping for over a year, then, well, I’m back. Just purchased some new juice and equipment from V4L. Some things have changed and I will have to relearn. tanks are new. Cool.



Been snusing all along though. That helped me not smoke much. Only about a half pack a day. What happened to the snus section of the forum?


So, what is the shelf life of juices? I have a bunch. I am currently braving a full bottle of V4L Wowboy (one of my all time favorites). The bottle says EXP:20072012. You think that means it was made in 07 expired last year?

So, does this stuff go bad or just weakens? Is there a difference in PG and VG going bad?

I've been vaping 4+ year old juice all week with no problems. Frankly, my older stuff tastes a lot better than the stuff I bought from Freedom Smokes.

had to throwout some year-old ylang-ylang recently because it tasted absolutely disgusting... I suppose it varies by juice/flavor. I am heartened to hear that Vin's 4 year old juice is still good... was worried I would have to toss much of my reserve if they all went bad like the ylang did

Well, my old juices seem a bit harsh to me and light in flavor. I will compare this with some fresh stuff in a few days. I am fresh off the analogs though. That may affect it some I suppose. Good to know PG or VG juice doesn't really go bad, I mean in any harmful way. Thanks Vin & Paul.

I would guess it means July 20 2012 myself. Don't know enough about juice to tell you if it's safe to vape but I would be researching big time before I trusted it.

Duh with the date, you're right. And you're right agian about it being safe! I know! But.... its too late. I have been vaping the hell out of it, lol. I just couldn't wait to get back at it. I don't know what struck me to get back on the vape wagon, but I'm on it. I think its the sickening cost of cigarettes. Even when rolling my own, and its so much work.
