If you are looking at the 510 starter kits I would reccomend strictly ejuice .com Their kit is $34.95 and free shipping. They offer a 6 month warranty on all the pieces. Cignot is $35.00 for the same kit and if you are under $59.00 they will charge you $5.00 shipping. I had a manual battery/manual switch that went bad after 3 1/2 - 4 weeks from cignot and emailed them. I got a timely response from Terri. She told me their warranty is only 14 days. So that battery hit the trash can. I like some of their juices alot but would never recommend them for the hardware. Not when there is a company out there backing the product up for 6 months.

Cignot is awesome ... they answers emails within minutes most of the time, they ship fast, and the products I have ordered so far are working very well.

The $5 shipping below $59 may bother some, but considering the service they are not easy to beat.

Not sure about your monetary situation, but to skip the $5 shipping order 2 kits -- you will use them I am sure -- and a bottle of liquid... this will not only give you extra batteries, atomizers and a charger, but you also get a place to start experimenting with dripping / refilling.

I have to say, I bought two kits and a handful of accessories from Cignot... and I can't complain about them at all.

I can complain about the quality of the hardware, or the efficiency of the USPS... but not their shop or their service.

On my first order (a 510 kit w/PCC), the PCC arrived broken. I sent an email and got a response within about 15 minutes!! That alone is worth a handful of "thumbs up" review entries - response time is VASTLY more important than shipping time to me; it shows they CARE about what they are doing. One of the two of them are monitoring their site darn near 24/7, and you just can't ask for much more than that for a small operation.

Being as it was Chinese New Year Month (China is basically "closed for business" during the month of February, just like most of Europe is "closed for business" during August), they offered me a new PCC in a different color immediately (what they had in stock), or wait a couple weeks for the color I originally ordered - either way, replacement sent to me first, with a return envelope for the defective unit, no charge, no muss, no fuss.

Since I don't care about color, I told them send whatever they have. I'm in CA, and air-time for USPS "Priority Mail" from Illinois tends to be about 2 days within CONUS. So, I got it two days later. They forwarded the tracking number within about an hour of me making my decision by email, just like my original purchase - and I can't blame them for any delays USPS created, right?

I do SFX makeup as a hobby, and have recommended a couple SFX supply vendors to others purely because of their diligence and attitude towards their business and responsiveness to questions and concerns. I'll pay MORE for this personal attentiveness to customers; it's worth it in the long run.

The folks at Cignot have gotten my repeat-customer loyalty for this alone; slightly higher prices than perhaps a few other vendors (generally no more than a few cents) aside. It's worth it to have responsive, engaged people running the store. I'm eagerly awaiting my extra 510 batteries and attys, and I'm sure they'll be here Wednesday - and that only because of the Washington's Birthday holiday.
