Somehow. Can't figure out what's going on...

Every time I refill my MV carts, then use them, I'm getting juice spray in my mouth. I have tried letting them sit overnight, even a couple days. I am only putting in 6 drops in my refill carts. Thinking about yanking out the wadding, and only dripping. Not real safe while driving though...

Should I only be hitting 3 drops on the refill cart then let it sit a week? What's the deal?

What type of PV is it? A 510? With a 510 juice in the mouth means juice is getting into the cart vents, a sign that the atty is overloaded and/or the juice is too thin. Or the atty is weak and not vaporizing the juice well.

If its a 510:

-take the cart off, with a tissue in hand put your finger over the stuffing hole (part that contacts your atomizer, and blow hard. Wipe up the juice you've blown out of the air passages (sides of cart)

- take a paper clip and pry/jiggle out the plastic stopper with a hole in the mouthpiece end that you vape through. Take a tissue and dry up any liquid that is in that chamber behind the stopper.

- top up your stuffing to where it is moist but not pooling on top.

- take this time to blow out your atty (over a tissue) from the threaded end blowing out the atty bridge end. Now do the reverse direction. Make sure to wipe up everywhere, especially the threads and the inside housing of where the atty bridge sits.

- reprime the atty bridge with 2 drops of liquid.

- Now here's the part that many haven't caught on to.... DO NOT place your thumb over the mouthpiece hole when pressing the cart on !! This will presurize your assembly and "force" the liquid through to the air chambers causing you to get juice in your mouth !! Use finger and thumb to seat down the cart into the atomizer.

- (added), when done vaping for the night you should disconnect the atty (leaving the cart connected) and place it in a small cup or thimble MOUTHPIECE DOWN / ATTY THREADS UP to gravity drain overnight. Works for me !!

Enjoy !!!

I had this issue for so long before realizing what I was doing wrong..
