I think it was said earlier, but us newbies need to go on a journey. For some of us, it may just be that we pick up that 1st overprice 7-11 NJoy, and use it to kick the habit. Honestly, that was my initial intent. And that's a very good thing. I'm guessing that, if you're reading this, you've also struggled with shaking the cancer sticks. My journey was 25+ years, and this is the 1st time I feel good about my odds.
But some of us may get deeper into
vaping, and I'm still thinking that's OK. I've been at this less than two months, and already have a bunch of PVs. Heck, I just got my go-go today, and I'm really loving it! In fact, I've pretty much loved each new PV more than the last, and I do so look forward to the Reos being back in stock. This is a hobby I like, and can live with. Honestly, however, I still feel unsure about pushing it, as a hobby. Though I think I'm now looking at it that way, I still feel awkward about promoting it to others, as such.
BTW, I recently bought several 510 automatic starter kits (standard batt/atty/5 carts/charger) for $15. The kits are about the size of a pack of smokes, and are self-contained. I'll be giving those away, along with a bit of juice, to a few smokers. Whether they use them as crutches, or as the gateway to a new hobby, is up to them. And if one of those crappy kits accomplish the most important goal of all, making smokers think they can actually kick that nasty habit, it's the best $15 I've ever spent.
My NJoy has now been preeminently retired (wouldn't even feel good about gifting it), my 510s are ready to give away, my eGos are used for dripping & the tank, and I'm experimenting with my new go-go. Still, I'm waiting on those damned minis to come im. Yeah, I guess it is a journey. But I don't think I spent much more than I would have on smokes.
