Yea, I just found the rebuilding process on pbusardo 's YouTube. By the way, which do you use? The 3.5ml one or the more cooler looking ones with metal drip tips? :D

First time trying out vivi nova clearomizer. All along using punched cartos with tank after one bad experience with stardust clearo

I never use metal drip tips. I like a warm vape and the metal gets too hot. I use silicon rubber drip tips. Don't confuse the vivi nova with the rebuildable tank with the metal drip tip. I bought one, replaced the top with a regular top from a DCT tank, but find I don't like the new vivi rebuildable tank from Smoktech. It does not wick well and hard to fill. The original vivi nova from Vision is easy to fill, a decent vape and easy to rebuild the little coil heads.

Yeah, it's super easy to refill, just have to unscrew the top. :D
As for drip tips I have a few metal ones which looks good on tanks and stuff, but most if the time I use the cheap plastic ones. As for rubber ones I feel that it traps dust and dirt easily

I am confused! Because you don't know how to use a Vivi Nova, you now want HC to send you a new one at their own cost?
How can it be DOA? Were all three heads bad, broken, blown, not firing? I don't get it...

I placed a large order with Health Cabin and paid for faster shipping. My Vivi Nova 3.5ml is DOA and my iTaste battery is missing the 510 magnet so it is useless. I received a response on the Vivi Nova today saying that they would include a new one in my next order!

Is this the type of service everyone gets? I paid for faster shipping because I wanted the items quickly. Now I'm expected to order again plus pay shipping and wait to receive what I've already paid for.

From now on I'll stick with the vendors that take care of their customers instead of just taking their money.

Yes, maybe you should stick with American vendors and try pulling that fast one, and see where it gets you .

I never asked for anything free. I emailed support asking for help with the Vivi Nova since I had never used one before. Yes, you're right about one thing, an American supplier would have answered my question. Instead I got lucky and forum members explained what I needed to do. Health Cabin was the one that just wanted to send me a new one. I was able to stop them before it was shipped. If I wanted anything for free I would have kept quiet and let them send it.

The only thing I asked for Health Cabin to send me was the missing part for my iTaste. If you had read the whole thread you might have understood what I was asking and how it was handled.

I always thought support was there to help.

I was basically just responding to your heading, since that is what thousands of people see. To quote you: "Thumbs down I'm expected to pay to get a replacement for a DOA item!"

But actually it wasn't DOA at all. So I'm very sorry that you got so angry and sent me that PM. I did not mean to be '.....y'. It is better to carefully consider thread headings before posting, as they are there forever and ever and ever.... They can NEVER be changed. EVER!

Peace.

I have exchanged emails very quickly with support and both items have been resolved. They are sending out a replacement plus the missing part for my iTaste. I have been looking forward to trying the iTaste for months so it has been torture to have it but not be able to use it.

Thank you for the super fast response!

Please let us know whether you get the free replacements. :)

If you insist they ship it they will but they will send china post and take a minimum of thirty days. They did the same to me on a bad vmax

Pretty much every vendor I have dealt with will insist you send the faulty item back at your own cost before they will send you a replacement.

Did HC require you send the faulty one back to them first?

On Atomizers it is their stated policy on DOA's they do not require you to send it back but on larger ticket items like the VMAX I followed their policy and returned it to them and placed a place-holder order with Western Union marked as "payment" which they fulfilled once they received the defective unit.

That sounds like very standard practice then to me. The fact that they don't require doa atomizers to be sent back is quite impressive, I've dealt with a few US vendors who were more than happy to replace a DOA atty or clearomizer, after I send it back at my own expense.

HC already sent the replacement for the OP in this thread as well.

They didn't ask for it back. But I got the Vivi Nova working before they shipped the replacement so they didn't have to send a new one. Just waiting on my missing part for the iTaste.

Sometimes a supplier will ask for parts back. It can go either way. It's a good idea to always plan on returning any faulty part. I was a new customer with Health Cabin and had placed a very large order. I'm sure that played a part in their offer to just replace the item.
