Im from DK, can I still buy e-liquid from UK

Brexit isn't a done deal yet.
So as long as they're still part of the EU goods should move freely between DK and GB.
AFAIK anything approved in one EU memeber state is good to be sold in other member states.
May or may not be the case with the goodies we're interested in.
Only way to find out is to click on that 'put in basket' button :)

If it is coming from an EU country, there is no customs check right? So how would they know? Don't the companies just charge you for the product plus VAT for your country and ship without it going thru customs?

I dont know, I think as Steamix wrote Ill have to try and make an order. I wrote to a danish
ecigarette company (damphuen.dk) they know everything about the new rules,
will wait and see if they reply, otherwise I will just make an order from UK and see what happens
