Im from DK, can I still buy e-liquid from UK

hey,
I really like some of the ejuices from
A British website. I live in Denmark, and on the 7th of june the rules changed here. All products containing nicotine must be approved by Danish Health Department. I guess that means I will get a fine if I order bottles
from UK?
Hope you guys can answer this.

If it is coming from an EU country, there is no customs check right? So how would they know? Don't the companies just charge you for the product plus VAT for your country and ship without it going thru customs?

Brexit isn't a done deal yet.
So as long as they're still part of the EU goods should move freely between DK and GB.
AFAIK anything approved in one EU memeber state is good to be sold in other member states.
May or may not be the case with the goodies we're interested in.

I dont know, I think as Steamix wrote Ill have to try and make an order. I wrote to a danish
ecigarette company (damphuen.dk) they know everything about the new rules,
will wait and see if they reply, otherwise I will just make an order from UK and see what happens

Ok, so I got a reply from damphuen.dk, it appears its not legal to buy
liquid outside Denmark here anymore. Luckily the new rules have been postponed,
so I still have until june 17 to buy from UK.
